WHAT HAPPENED?

On June 19, 2024, Asbury was informed that its third-party vendor, CDK Global, LLC (“CDK), had experienced a cybersecurity incident that impacted certain parts of Asbury’s system. In response, Asbury began an investigation to determine the nature of scope of the incident. On June 19, 2024, Asbury reported the incident in a Form 8-K filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. As of its filing, Asbury’s investigation is ongoing and whether personal information has been exposed has not been made publicly available.
