AllCare Plus Pharmacy is a pharmaceutical manufacturing and patient support services company located in Northborough, Massachusetts. As a medical service provider, AllCare Plus Pharmacy offers a variety of services from reimbursement and adherence support to non-commercial pharmacy dispensing. Founded in 2008, AllCare Plus Pharmacy has one location in Northborough and employs approximately 350 individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On June 21, 2022, AllCare Plus Pharmacy discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, AllCare Plus Pharmacy determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information on June 21, 2022. On March 13, 2023, AllCare Plus Pharmacy began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Driver’s license number
  • Address
  • Financial Account number
  • Health insurance information
  • Treatment and prescriptions
