In late March 2023, Hasz discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Hasz determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through a ransomware attack. On September 20, 2023, Hasz began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information impacted include:

- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Driver’s license number
- Address
- Financial information
- Medical information
- Health insurance information
- Username and password
- Taxpayer identification number
- Vehicle license number
