Operating for more than 25 years, Quatrro provides outsourced finance, accounting, HR, and IT support services to companies across a range of industries.2 The industries that Quatrro provides services to include industrial operations, nonprofits, business chains, private equity, professional services, technology, and more.2 Additionally, Quatrro works with brands such as Taco Bell, IHOP, Girl Scouts, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and others.2 Headquartered in Marietta, Georgia, Quatrro employs over 2,300 individuals and works with over 1,200 clients.2,3
WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Quatrro reported to the Attorney General of Maine that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its care may have been compromised. According to the breach notice, on December 7, 2025, Quatrro identified a security incident.1 As a result, Quatrro launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.
Through its investigation, Quatrro confirmed that sensitive personal information in its care may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party between November 11 and November 19, 2025. As a result, Quatrro began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Driver’s license number
- Passport number
- Payment card number
- Financial account number
- Health insurance policy number
On March 23, 2026, Quatrro began mailing data breach notification letters to impacted individuals. Based on the breach notice sent to Maine residents, Quatrro is providing affected individuals with a list of the specific types of sensitive information impacted and complimentary credit monitoring services.
