WHAT HAPPENED?
On September 4, 2025, NPK reported to the Attorney General of Texas that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. As of September 4, 2025, details of the breach have not been made publicly available by NPK. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security Number
- Driver’s license number
- Government-issued ID number
- Financial information
- Medical information
