Arkansas Primary Care Clinic Data Breach Investigation

Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating Arkansas Primary Care Clinic (“APCC”) regarding its recent data breach. The APCC data breach may have involved personal information and protected health information belonging to over 2,400 individuals.

ABOUT ARKANSAS PRIMARY CARE CLINIC:

APCC is a primary healthcare service provider based in Arkansas. Founded in 1987, APCC provides primary care, procedures, and imaging services for patients ranging from newborns to seniors.3,4 Headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, the services provided by APCC address health needs related to heart problems, diabetes, ADHD, infections, wound care, pediatrics, and more.4

WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, APCC discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. On August 20, 2025, APCC filed official notice of the data breach with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office for Civil Rights.1 Though much information is still not known about the APCC breach, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ reporting guidelines require entities to report data breaches when they involve protected health information. Therefore, it is likely that the APCC breach included the protected health information belonging to over 2,400 individuals. As a result of the data breach, APCC may soon begin notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted.
