WHAT HAPPENED?
On August 22, 2025, Sansone Group reported to the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its care may have been compromised. According to the breach notice, Sansone Group confirmed on June 24, 2025, that personal data may have been accessed and acquired by an unauthorized party between March 22 and March 24, 2025. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:

- Social Security number
As a result of the data breach, on July 21, 2025, Sansone Group began providing notice to impacted individuals.
