WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Royal Health reported to the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that they had experienced a breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its care may have been compromised. In the sample breach notice, beyond the conclusion of their investigation on July 3, 2025, Royal Health does not elaborate on the nature of the security incident that impacted its systems. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:

- Social Security number
As a result of the data breach, on August 21, 2025, Royal Health began providing notice to impacted individuals.
