Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating Boley Centers, Inc. (“Boley”) regarding its recent data breach. The Boley data breach involved sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information belonging to an undetermined number of people.

Founded in 1970, Boley provides a wide variety of treatment, recovery and vocational services; a network of living opportunities in community residences and apartments; and a large staff of people dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities.2 Headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, Boley also serves those living in Pinellas, Manatee, Pasco, and Sarasota Counties.2
Boley is a part of Solutions for Administrative Services, Inc. (SAS), which is an approved provider of continuing education for individuals or organizations that conduct training accepted by the Florida Certification Board (FCB) for renewal purposes, and which reflects the current needs of certified professionals.3 Solutions for Administrative Services, Inc. (SAS) currently does business under the business name Operation PAR.4
WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Boley posted a notice on its website of a cyber event. According to the breach notice posted on its website, on June 11, 2025, Solutions for Administrative Services, Inc. (SAS) learned certain systems within Boley’s network environment were affected by a data security incident.1 As a result, Boley launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.
At this time, Boley’s investigation into the incident and what specific information was impacted is ongoing. 1 While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Address
- Date of birth
- Health insurance information
