Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating Think Big Health Care Solutions (“Think Big”) regarding its recent data breach. The Think Big data breach involved sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information belonging to an undetermined number of individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?
On July 18, 2025, Think Big posted a notice on its website of a data security incident. According to the notice, on June 20, 2025, Think Big became aware of suspicious activity involving an employee’s email account.1 As a result, Think Big launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.
While the investigation is still ongoing, Think Big found evidence to suggest that some emails and files may have been compromised by an unauthorized third-party.1 As a result, Think Big began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected. According to the breach notice, the sensitive personal information potentially affected includes the following types of information:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Tax Identification number
- Passport number
- Address
- Date of birth
- Health insurance policy number
- Bank or financial account number
- Credit/debit card number
- Diagnosis/condition
- Medical record number
- Other medical/health information
