WHAT HAPPENED?
On July 25, 2025, ChronoTrack reported to the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its care may have been compromised.1 While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:4
- Name
- Social Security number
- Financial account information
As a result of the data breach, ChronoTrack began providing notice to impacted individuals.
