WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, PAR posted a notice on its website of a cyber event. According to the breach notice posted on its website, on June 10, 2025, PAR learned certain systems within its network environment were affected by a data security incident.1 As a result, PAR launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.
At this time, PAR’s investigation into the incident and what specific information was impacted is ongoing. 1 While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Address
- Date of birth
- Health Insurance information
