WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, online sources reported that Susan B. Allen had experienced a cyberattack resulting in a data breach. According to these reports, Susan B. Allen recently began investigating a cybersecurity incident after receiving complaints from patients who were unable to access its online appointment scheduling system.1 The investigation identified anomalous activity within Susan B. Allen’s network, which resulted in a system outage.1 Additionally, on July 16 and July 18, 2025, Susan B. Allen posted a notice on its Facebook page regarding phone outages and urgent care closures.2,3 As of July 23, 2025, Susan B. Allen has not commented on nor confirmed whether it has suffered a data breach.
