WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Intradiem reported to the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that the sensitive personal identifiable information in its care may have been compromised. According to the sample breach notice, on December 13, 2024, an unauthorized actor accessed and acquired certain personal information from Intradiem’s systems. Beyond this, Intradiem does not elaborate on the nature of the security incident that impacted its systems. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:

- Social Security number
As a result of the data breach, Intradiem began mailing data breach notification letters to impacted individuals.
