Recently, Nucor identified a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized third-party access to certain information technology systems used by Nucor.1 In response, Nucor launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident. Additionally, Nucor is currently in the process of restarting the affected operations.1 On May 13, 2025, Nucor reported the incident in a Form 8-K filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. As of May 15, 2025, Nucor’s investigation is ongoing, and further details have not been made publicly available by Nucor.
