Through its investigation, H20.ai confirmed that sensitive personal information in its systems belonging to employees may have been viewed and obtained by an unauthorized third party between December 20, 2024, and January 29, 2025. As a result, H20.ai began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected.
