WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Pinnacle Bank reported to the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. In the form breach notice, Pinnacle Bank does not elaborate on the nature of the security incident that impacted its systems. Additionally, the exact type of personal information potentially exposed has not been made publicly available by Pinnacle Bank.
