WHAT HAPPENED?

On March 6, 2024, Lindquist discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Lindquist determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information on March 3, 2024. On July 22, 2024, Lindquist began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The exact type of personal information potentially exposed has not been made publicly available by Lindquist. However, according to state reporting guidelines, “personal information” can include the following types of information:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license or state-issued ID number
  • Account number, credit or debit card number
  • Account passwords or personal identification number or other access codes
