Conditioned Air Data Breach Investigation

Myers, Englewood, Port Charlotte, Sarasota, Bradenton, North Venice, FL, and the surrounding areas.3 Headquartered in Naples, Florida, Conditioned Air has two additional locations in Southwest Florida and employs over 200 individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?

In late 2023, Conditioned Air discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Conditioned Air determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information between October 18 and October 26, 2023. On July 3, 2024, Conditioned Air began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Medical information
