WHAT HAPPENED?
On March 6, 2024, Neurobehavioral Medicine Consultants discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Neurobehavioral Medicine Consultants determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information between March 1 and March 6, 2024. On June 14, 2024, Neurobehavioral Medicine Consultants began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

- Address
