Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, Evolve employs over 500 individuals.
WHAT HAPPENED?
In late May 2024, Evolve discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Evolve determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information via a ransomware attack on February 9, 2024. On July 8, 2024, Evolve began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Contact information
- Bank account numbers
