WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, CTC discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, CTC determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information on April 2, 2024. As a result, CTC began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Contact information
