WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Doxim discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed or acquired. Through its investigation, Doxim determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information between December 25 and December 30, 2023. As a result, Doxim began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Financial account number
