WHAT HAPPENED?
On May 6, 2024, Council for Relationships discovered it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Council for Relationships determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information on April 1, 2024. On June 12, 2024, Council for Relationships began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Address
- Bank account and/or credit card information
