Based in Brownwood, Texas, Landmark Admin offers a variety of services including new business processing, agency support, customer service, premium and policy accounting, and IT support.1 When beginning a client relationship or adjusting a current one, Landmark Admin prides itself on molding itself to the client’s needs.1
WHAT HAPPENED?
On or about May 13, 2024, Landmark Admin discovered it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Landmark Admin determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information on May 13, 2024. On June 12, 2024, Landmark Admin began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name;
- Social Security number;
- Date of birth;
- Address;
- Passport number;
- Driver’s license number;
- Financial account number;
- Annuity policy information; and
- Life insurance policy information.
