WHAT HAPPENED?

In late December 2023, Icelandic Provisions discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed.  Through its investigation, Icelandic Provisions determined that an unauthorized actor gained access to this sensitive information between on or around October 2023 and January 2024. In May 2024, Icelandic Provisions began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Date of birth
