WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, IPS discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information may have been accessed. In May 2024, IPS reported the data breach to the Attorney General of Texas. According to the breach report, IPS has notified individuals whose data may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
