WHAT HAPPENED?
On April 1, 2024, Lewis Bakeries discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed or acquired. Through its investigation, Lewis Bakeries determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between March 25, 2024, and April 1, 2024. On May 9, 2024, Lewis Bakeries began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
