ABOUT DOCGO INC.:

DocGo is a mobile healthcare provider based in New York. Founded in 2016, DocGo delivers population health programs for governments, value-based arrangements for payers, medical transportation for hospitals, and mobile healthcare solutions that help keep patients out of the hospital.2 Today, DocGo treats adults and children for a wide range of symptoms and conditions including the cold and flu, gastrointestinal issues, UTIs, and other common ailments. Headquartered in New York, New York, DocGo employs over 6,000 individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, DocGo discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. On May 7, 2024, DocGo reported the incident in a Form 8-K filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.  As of May 9, 2024, the exact type of personal information potentially exposed has not been made publicly available by DocGo.
