WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Fundera discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Fundera determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this information on January 20, 2024. On May 6, 2024, Fundera began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • Contact information
  • Taxpayer ID number/EIN
  • Driver’s license or other government ID number
