WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Simpson Strong-Tie discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Simpson Strong-Tie determined that an unauthorized party may have had access to this sensitive information from October 9 to October 11, 2023. On March 19, 2024, Simpson Strong-Tie began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Social Security number
