WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Infosys McCamish discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Infosys McCamish determined that an unauthorized third party may have accessed data concerning deferred compensation plans serviced by Bank of America on October 29, 2023. On February 1, 2024, Infosys McCamish began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Contact information
  • Date of birth
  • Account information
