Headquartered in Allen, Texas, American Pain and Wellness operates 4 locations and serves clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On or about November 27, 2022, American Pain and Wellness discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, American Pain and Wellness determined that an unauthorized actor accessed and obtained this sensitive information by launching a ransomware attack between November 10 and November 27, 2022. On March 24, 2023, American Pain and Wellness began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
