WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, National Electric Coil discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, National Electric Coil determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between March 7 and March 8, 2023. On December 8, 2023, National Electric Coil began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Government issued ID number (e.g., passport, state ID card) 
  • Medical information
