WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Kirksey Architecture discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information may have been accessed. In December 2023, Kirksey Architecture reported the data breach to the Attorney General of Texas. According to the breach report, Kirksey Architecture has notified individuals whose data may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Date of birth
  • Health insurance information
