WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Plymouth Tube discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Plymouth Tube determined that an unauthorized party may have accessed this sensitive information between January 27 and January 29, 2024. On March 13, 2024, Plymouth Tube began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Driver’s license number
- Plan information (including subscriber identification number)
