WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Zai Lab discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Zai Lab determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information on or about November 28, 2023. On December 22, 2023, Zai Lab began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Contact information
  • Driver’s license number
  • Passport information or other government issued identifications
  • Financial account information
