WHAT HAPPENED?

On November 30, 2023, City was informed that that its former payroll and administrative services vendor, Paycor, Inc., had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Paycor determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information during a cybersecurity incident that impacted an application used by Paycor. On December 28, 2023, City began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
