Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating Navvis & Company, LLC (“Navvis”) regarding its recent data breach. The Navvis data breach involved sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information belonging to an undetermined number of individuals.

ABOUT NAVVIS & COMPANY, LLC:

Navvis is a leading population health management company based in Missouri. Focused on driving performance in value-based care, Navvis works with health systems, physician enterprises, and health plans to build, operate, and manage new business models. To that end, Navvis provides a comprehensive technology platform called Coreo, which integrates data analytics, care coordination, cross-continuum patient management, and in-home caregiver services and tools.4 Headquartered in St Louis, Missouri, Navvis has two additional locations in Hawaii and Florida, and employs over 200 individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On July 25, 2023, Navvis discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Navvis determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between July 12 and July 25, 2023. On September 22, 2023, Navvis began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Medical information (e.g., diagnosis/clinical information, medical treatment/procedure information)
