WHAT HAPPENED?

On December 1, 2023, Indigo Sky Casino and Resort and Outpost Casino discovered they had experienced a data breach in which personal identifiable information and sensitive health information in their systems may have been accessed and acquired. After investigating the incident, Indigo Sky Casino and Resort and Outpost Casino determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive information on October 15, 2023. On January 10, 2024, Indigo Sky Casino and Resort and Outpost Casino began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
