WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, DRSI discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, DRSI determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this information on January 18, 2024. On April 26, 2024, DRSI began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Address
- Date of birth
- Medical information
- Health insurance information
