WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, UVP discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Therefore, it is likely that the UVP breach included the protected health information belonging to over 9,900 individuals. As a result of the data breach, UVP may soon begin notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted.
