WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Brett Robinson announced that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its care may have been compromised. According to the breach notice shared on its website, on or around April 21, 2025, Brett Robinson learned that an unauthorized party accessed its network.1 As a result, Brett Robinson launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.
Through its investigation, Brett Robinson confirmed that sensitive personal information in its care may have been accessed or by an unauthorized third party between March 26 and April 21, 2025. As a result, Brett Robinson began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Financial account number and routing numbers
- Driver’s license number
- Tax identification number
- Health insurance information
- Medical history
- Medical treatment and/or procedure information
- State identification card numbers
On January 7, 2026, Brett Robinson posted notice of the breach on its website and began mailing data breach notification letters to impacted individuals. Based on the website breach notice, Brett Robinson is providing affected individuals with a list of the specific types of sensitive information impacted and complimentary credit monitoring services.
