Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating People’s Community Clinic (“PCC”) regarding its recent data breach. The PCC data breach involved sensitive personal information and protected health information belonging to an undetermined number of individuals.

PCC is a healthcare clinic based in Texas. Founded in 1970, PCC provides a range healthcare services to child and adult patients, including behavioral health, nutrition education, dental services, pediatric care, pharmacy services, and more.2,3 Additionally, PCC offers a range of prenatal and family planning services for expecting parents.2 Headquartered in Austin, Texas, PCC employs over 200 individuals and operates two additional locations in Texas.2,3
WHAT HAPPENED?
On December 19, 2025, PCC reported to the Attorney General of Texas that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. As of December 29, 2025, details of the breach have not been made publicly available by PCC. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Address
- Date of birth
- Health insurance information
