WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Tri-State Paving reported to the Attorney General of New Hampshire that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its care may have been compromised. Through its investigation, Tri-State Paving confirmed that sensitive personal information and protected health information in the affected email accounts may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party between December 30, 2024, and February 25, 2025. As a result, Tri-State Paving began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected.
