Recently, online sources reported that Cullen, Haskins, Nicholson & Menchetti experienced a cyberattack resulting in a data breach. According to these reports, a hacker group recently added Cullen, Haskins, Nicholson & Menchetti to its data leak site on September 3, 2025. The hacker group claims to have acquired 540 GB of data, including financials, HR information, closed and active cases, private client data, and email mailboxes and correspondence. As of September 11, 2025, Cullen, Haskins, Nicholson & Menchetti has neither commented on nor confirmed whether it has suffered a data breach.
