WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Friesen Group discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. According to the breach notice, on or around May 19, 2025, Friesen Group became aware of a data security incident within our network.As a result, Friesen Group launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.

Through its preliminary investigation, Friesen Group has determined that an unauthorized user gained access to the network for a limited period of time.1 According to the website notice, Friesen Group is in the process ofreviewing the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected.

Recently, Friesen Group posted a notice of the incident on its website. Based on the breach notice, Friesen Group  will provide affected individuals with a list of the specific types of sensitive information impacted and credit monitoring services.
