Berridge Manufacturing Company Data Breach Investigation

Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating Berridge Manufacturing Company (“Berridge”) regarding its recent data breach. The Berridge data breach involved sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information belonging to an undetermined number of individuals.

ABOUT BERRIDGE MANUFACTURING COMPANY:

Berridge is a construction materials manufacturer based in Texas. Founded in 1970, Berridge specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of architectural sheet metal products, painted coil and flat sheet, portable roll formers plus a full range of factory-produced shingles, roof, and wall panels.2,3 Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, Berridge has 12 additional locations across the United States and employs over 50 individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On July 15, 2025, Berridge reported to the Attorney General of Texas that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. As of July 16, 2025, details of the breach have not been made publicly available by Berridge. While not much is known about the breach, the type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Financial information (e.g., account number, credit or debit card number)
  • Health insurance information
