All Star is a healthcare staffing company based in Florida. All Star specializes in matching physicians, advanced practitioners, and healthcare facilities with locum tenens and permanent placement solutions.2 Headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida, All Star employs over 200 individuals.3
WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, All Star reported to the Attorney General of Maine that the sensitive personal identifiable information in its care may have been compromised. According to the breach notice, All Star identified suspicious activity within its network on or around February 25, 2025.1 As a result, All Star began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted, as well as identify the specific individuals affected. This review concluded on June 17, 2025. The type of information potentially exposed has not yet been disclosed by All Star.
On July 15, 2025, All Star began mailing data breach notification letters to impacted individuals. Based on the breach notice sent to Maine residents, All Star is providing affected individuals with a list of the specific types of sensitive information impacted and complimentary credit monitoring services.
