WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, PHLY announced that it had experienced a data security incident resulting in a network outage. According to the notice on its website, on June 9, 2025, PHLY received an alert regarding suspicious activity on its network and determined there was unauthorized access to its systems.1 As a result, PHLY disconnected affected systems and launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident. As of July 8, 2025, PHLY’s investigation is ongoing, and its systems are still offline. Additionally, PHLY has not confirmed whether the incident resulted in a data breach.
